WEN client Fiberstar was spun off into Fiberstar Bio-Ingredient Technologies, Inc. ('Fiberstar Bio'), effective August 1, 2010. In exchange, Fiberstar became the sole shareholder of Fiberstar Bio and obtained an exclusive worldwide license to produce and sell Citri-Fi® and Imulsi-Fi™, all-natural, bio-based products derived from citrus pulp, a byproduct of orange juice processing. Fiberstar will invest $12 million to triple production capacity in Brazil.
