Guident Business Solutions, LLC is a management development firm which focuses on helping businesses owners, in Wisconsin and elsewhere, create successful and sustainable businesses long into the future. Business owners start their own businesses because they have a special talent and passion in a specific area; that area is usually not business management. Unfortunately, most owners can't afford to hire an expert to handle each particular area of running their business; that's where we come in. We work with business owners, through training and coaching, to help them develop a working knowledge in the areas of accounting and financial management, human resources, marketing, strategic planning and general management/operations. We are both a resource and advisor to our clients - helping them create a successful and sustainable business.
We begin each relationship with a new client by carefully listening to them. Following that conversation we perform a thorough analysis and evaluation of their current business needs. Then, in conjunction with the business owner, we develop an action plan; prioritizing tasks in order to address the most immediate needs first.
Areas of Expertise Gary Vaughan, the founder and owner of Guident Business Solutions, LLC. Gary has a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree with a Business Administration minor. In addition, he holds a Professional in Human Resource Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Gary teaches both undergraduate and graduate level courses at Concordia University of Wisconsin. He is also a certified instructor at the technical college level. Gary has experience in a variety of fields including: petroleum, manufacturing, retail and academics. Prior to founding Guident, he was the Associate Director of the Venture Center of Fox Valley Technical College, assisting business owners in all aspects of starting and running their businesses.
