Energy Law Wisconsin is interested in providing legal services to emerging businesses in Wisconsin, seeking to receive up to two hours of counseling from a business lawyer at no cost. Participation in the Business Assistance Program is a good fit with our mission, as we regularly represent early stage businesses, particularly in the renewable energy and energy efficiency fields, and routinely provide free initial consultations to entrepreneurs looking for a little help getting started.
Energy Law Wisconsin is a business law practice, representing a wide variety of clients, but possessing special expertise in serving the needs of clients involved in (a) energy development projects; and (b) providing energy related products and services. Legal services include business entity formation and founder agreements, advice regarding sources of funding (grants, loans & investment), real estate issues, asset purchases, and contracts with customers and vendors to provide or acquire equipment and services.
