If you are interested in submitting a proposal for the current solicitation, it is recommended that you review the topics listed here and speak with the TPOC (technical point of contact) listed for the topic you are interested in to see if your technology idea is a good fit for the topic. DoD allows potential applicants to speak to the TPOC only until August 26 for this solicitation.
